Single Occupancy:  $65-$85/day

Additional Occupants:  $10/person/day

Maximum Occupancy:  4

Tent camping available:  up to 6 additional individuals may tent camp @ a rate of $10/person/day with cabin rental.

*minimum 2 night stay on TAMU football game weekends

*all rates subject to occupancy tax

Policies

Ø   No smoking.

Ø    No pets please - we have plenty!

Ø Children negotiable...the loft would be off limits!

Ø Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of one nights cabin rate.

Ø Balance due upon arrival.

Ø Only cash & personal checks accepted at this time.

Other Notable Information

$ You must climb a cedar post ladder to access the loft which is the main sleeping quarters

$ The cabin is not wheelchair accessible.

$ Snakes, frogs, skunks, bats, coyotes, foxes, raccoons, armadillos, spiders, scorpions, fire ants and other critters do reside in the neighborhood!
