ITLDO RANCH B&B is located within the woods of Robertson County, 2 ½  miles down a gravel road from the ”big” city of Franklin, Texas.  Our rustic barn style cabin offers a full size bed nestled in the loft.  The main floor has a futon which converts to a full size bed.  The kitchenette presents an antique washboard sink, mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker.   The bathroom is a swanky outhouse featuring such indoor plumbing as a standard sized bathtub, toilet and sink.  The exterior of the quaint cabin awards you with a large deck that overlooks a country water garden, bird feeding stations, and a ¼ acre pond.   And of course, a rustic cabin would not be complete without the outdoor metal smoker/grill and picnic table.
